******** people and empty promises

I buy all my baby stuff and toiletries at dis chem ranging between 3000 and 4000 each month. I am n loyal customer. They said I can get one bag free nappies for every 10 i buy of the same brand, so i did and yet they never sent me a sms only to find they have someone else number registered on the system... now they dont want to give my free bag of nappies as they say the voucher expired which i find highly unfair. The branch in middelburg mpumalanga treated me rudely and did not want to help at all. My wife also qualified for a baby bag which was never sent to us and when i followed up they said it expired because we never picked it up from the store but we were never informed. I am not happy with your service, full of empty promises and i urge everyone to rather not buy from these people. They are ******** us and denying us our goods while we qualify for it. Phoning head office and customer care does not help at all as they take forever and a day to pick up. Dont waste your time with this ******** business. The number they registered me on the system is most probably someone inside who wants to score so my baby bag and free nappies most probably at that persons house.
