So on Tuesday we went to dischem because my friend told me about the baby bag you get when pregnant if you spend R850 rand. So I went and spend thus amount, before we paid I enquired about the bag at the teller. The lady at the teller then said we need to go to customer services to register my pregnancy, we did that. Then the lady at customer services told me I can't use my mother's card I need to register my own, so I did. Then she told me now I just need to spend R850 or more to qualify which I already did. The manager agreed to add the points to my card manually as we would gave done everything at customer services before paying if we were given the correct information. So we thought all sorted. The points still hasn't been alicated to my card and enquired on email what is happening and when I can get my baby bag? I'm now told by them that my mom's card was used and not mine.... I would rather have taken my money to clicks and spent it there if I knew this was dischem' s way of ******** people out of money.
