****med by an Employee and Inadequate Action by Management

I was looking for a product in the shelves in Dis-chem Rosebank. It was not there and the Dis-chem employee said it was finished and also don't have it in the store room. He promised to get it for me at another branch and at a staff price. I've since gave him money in November 2018 and he never gave me the product and never gave me my money back. I have reported this matter with the Branch Managers, They told me they have done whatever they could, "what's in their powers". I have not got my money back, nor the product and the employees is still there in the shop. I am frustrated to have lost R1,300 in the process.
