Saying medication is not there while they have on shelfs

Yesterday morning 12/06/2021 went to dischem hillcrest boulevard to purchase medication, i wanted a specific brand even showed the pharmacist ( B.Mathe) the picture of what i wanted, he turned his head around to check and then said oh sorry we dont have it whilst the shelf was full of this medication i wanted and suggested another brand and i told him no thanks i want this particular brand, i was prepaired to leave empty handed....he didnt even say wait let me properly check to see if we have stock nothing,. then as i was walking away from the dispensary decided to get some other medication whilst i was still there..... Guess what he got me the other medication and the particular medication i went there to get and this is not the fisrt time this happen with this particular store
