On Friday (24-04-15) afternoon, I went to the Greenstone branch. I went to get the Revlon Compact make up powder. The staff were standing together chatting. I asked for help. The staff member assisted me quickly & didn't really pay much attention to what I needed. When I got home & excitedly opened the product, it was powder & shade was \toast". The shade was too dark for my skin tone. I went to Dischem Glen Acres on 26-04-15. Precious & her team member went the extra mile to exchange the wrong product for what I wanted & tried different shades to match my skin tone. I am really happy."""
