Sad and dissapointed

My mother who is a pensioner bought Accucheck guide strips for R189.95 at Dischem Jacaranda Mall Pretoria when she got home to test her glucose she realised its the wrong strips. We took them back to Dischem with the till slip but they said theres nothing they can do to refund or exchange, we may as well throw them away.
