Rude young girl at Teller 4 at Dis-Chem Fleurdal Bloemfontein

I met a very rude young girl At Teller 4 at Dis-Chem Fleurdal, Bloemfontein. I asked what was the cause of the delay. Instead of telling me that what I bought was scanned twice, she pointed to the monitor and said, "Can you see there? It scanned twice". I found her explanation to very rude and bordering on ******. Did she react to me like that because I am black? I wonder if I was coloured like her or if I was white or Indian or Chinese, to name but a few, could she have responded like that? I find the actions of this young girl at Teller 4 to be deplorable and tarnishing the exceptional service offered by the rest of the Dis-Chem staff.
