Rude time-wasting POPI violating staff

So many issues with the last visit. Prince gets 0 stars.

• Rude time-wasting staff took an hour to find out they will not be handling the prescription. • Keep repeating questions when the information has already been provided. • Then the script is not a repeat, then the script is repeat. They don't know what is going on. This is 15 minutes in. • Then they want to write down private patient information on a loose piece of paper because the member didn't know the exact details of the other member who the prescription is for as an insult as to how can't you know this information.

After wasting our time and even trying to call the doctor they say they can't accept the copy that was printed from email from the doctors office.
