Rude switchboard operatior

I phoned a dischem branch this morning asking to speak to the manager. I spoke afrikaans. The lady at switchboard with an attitude told me i dont speak afrikaans speak english which i did then, just to hear afterwards her saying she speaks zulu and if she had to speak to me i will not understand. Just the way she spoke to customers is unacceptable.
