Rude staff member

I am very unhappy with the service at Dis-Chem Cape Gate. The person with the name Joanie, working by reception at the clinic of Dis-Chem Cape Gate is a veru unpolite, rude women and don't have manners when it comes to serving customers. She never greets and on two occassions when I went to the clinic she was on the phone talking nonsense and I had to wait until she was finish before I was helped. This women needs to be taught how to work with customers as she doesn't have a clue what customer service is. I will not be using this clinic for my baby's immunisation anymore and will take my baby to Medicare where the staff are friendly and customer service are tops. Dis-Chem Cape Gate is closest to where I stay, but I will gladly take my baby and myself somewhere else. Very dissapointed !!!
