Rude staff member

I have had the worst possible service given to me by a young lady at Dischem Atrium today . She has the worst possible attitude for someone who is there to provide assistance and help . I greeted her kindly and she just snobbed me and continued her conversation with her colleague . She looked at me as if I was interrupting an important conversation . To my understanding , a customer comes first . You can speak your personal stories on your own time . But at the end another young lady helped me out . The lady who helped me told me that I am not the first customer to complain about the other staff member who's name is Rizwana . Truely if I have to be treated in such a manner , I rather not Shop at such an establishment.
