Rude staff lacking customer service.

Dischem Lakeside mall have staff members who are rude and not willing to assist customers. I had a very bad experince on 16/02/2024 where their staff member Reggie was very annoyed at me as I interrupted her conversation with her colleague when I needed assistance in finding a product. She was so annoyed that she sent me to a wrong aisle and turned her back on me and continued her chat with her colleague. She wasn't even wearing a name tag I had to ask another cashier for her name. I even over heard her talking about me to that very same colleague.
