Rude staff and bad customer service

Truly disappointed about the service. I visited the store (Eastgate Mall)on 02.05.2024 to query my birthday voucher that i did not receive. As i waited to be helped, i was rudely ignored by the staff that were chatting away and eventually when they were done chatting Gugu(customer service desk) rudely continued to assist me with an attitude and said my voucher was sent to my old number and that she'll update my number and that the regional office will get to it whenever they can. I've since not heard from Gugu or anyone,i then decided to use my airtime and called the store today and they still couldn't help me telling that Gugu is off. What a disappointment and a waste of my time, this shows incompetence of your staff. 5 days later and still no assistance. All i want in my birthday voucher loaded on my number and dont have to deal with more rudeness and incompetence.
