Rude staff

I went to Dischem eastrand mall today and was dealing with Yvette. This person is extremely rude and has no customer service training at all. She is clearly just a job creation and should be removed from the front counter and rather be put right in the back to pack medication instead of dealing with customers.

Please do not treat me dismissively because I will not tolerate the nonsense and ill treatment I received there. It's upsetting that we have to fight because store employees mistreat certain customers. This is extremely unfortunate and absurd, and I hope you can deal with your staff 's illogical behavior. Especially YVETTE I'm hoping this can be looked into and resolved as soon as possible.
