Rude staff
I booked an antigen test online, got there at the start of my slot to find a long line of people. I go the counter to ask where to go, they say there are only 10 rapid tests left, but if I booked online I should go the clinic. I go to the clinic where a staff member is explaining to everyone that there is only 1 nurse and that there are only 10 antigen tests left. I tell her that I booked online and want to show her my VIS number, but she interrupts me and walks away. Later, she returns with a list of names to check how many of the people there can get tested - my name is not on there since I had only just arrived. Once she has checked all the names, I ask her if I will get tested, or whether I should just leave. She tells me to go check outside, but there is no staff member outside, how was I supposed to check? I ask her if she is going outside and should I follow her, she ignores me and walks away - back into the clinic. So, I go outside and wait. After a while, I go back inside to see if the lady is there because I just want to know whether I should go home or wait. I don't want to wait an hour if there is no test. Dischem shouldn't make appointments available if they don't have tests. Perhaps some staff training would also be in order, if she could just be a little more polite and tell me to go home or yes wait because we do have a test - either of those options would have been acceptable, but she was just rude and abrasive and wasted my time.
