Rude Recipient

I'm so pleased to have delivered a few parcels for Dischem Linksfield today, friendly staff, professional. This may not be the platform to empty my frustratio. Dealt with one RUDE customer at 25 Club in Unit 1. Very rude and ******. I'm writing this hoping someone at the store would intervene since she's a usual customer. Parcel was for Mr Berson but I regret having dealt with such a rude, ****** and evil individual.
