Rude, ****** and uninformed

I wasted two hours at Dischem Woodlands. I had an appointment for a booster and was told to sit at the back of the queue by Thabiso. Then, they demanded a doctors referral claiming it was government regulations and everyone knows. He then called the manager, Ms Terblanche who told me she confirmed with their regional nurse. I called the gov toll-free number and was told that is only applicable to immunocompromised people needing an additional booster. They did not agree and told me they also don't have J&J and I should go to government facilities. They were so rude!
