Rude pharmacist

Dischem at East Rand Retail park, a pharmacist , I WISH I could get her name, she was not wearing a name tag, was so rude to me. My prescription was finished, I had no idea as no one had informed me, she spoke quite loudly and rudely and told me that my prescription was finished and I said to her, I'm sorry I didn't know, she snapped at me and said that it showed on the system that I was somehow informed, although I was not otherwise I would have gotten a new prescription. I would have been happy if she just told me nicely that it was finished, I would not have insisted on my prescription as I know they can't just hand out medicine without a prescription, instead she decided to be quite rude about it. Will never take my prescription there again or go shop there. I'm quite disappointed.
