Rude pharmacist

I went to pick up a repeat on my script and was rudely told by one of the pharmacists at Dis-Chem Hazeldean - Silverlakes that my script expired. I asked her to double-check but she insisted that she cannot assist me. She just did not want to listen to me. I then found a copy of my script at home and realized it is still valid. I went back today and was served by an assistant-pharmacist who agreed that my script is still valid and gave me the repeat, which she then had to sign as one of the 4 pharmacists on duty. She was sitting next to him, could not even look at me, neither admit she wrong, or did not even apologize. I will certainly not give my next script in at Dis-Chem. Such no-care and rude attitude is not acceptable. I also wish to add that I have tried several times to place an order to pick up a script telephonically, but I have not been able to succeed to get through to this particular Dis-Chem.
