rude people and poor service

my phone number is ***,I want to complain dischem at rustenburg waterfall branch. I have bought vital for men and women and get one 50 plus for promotion free,last week,at dischem rustenburg by waterfall mall,and when I want to eat the tablet,the second morning, I found the seal under the lid cover was not sealed, and I open the 50 plus,which is sealed 100%,I won't take it if the seal is not well especially the food or the medicine.So I went back to the store to ask them if they can exchange for me,but they don't want to on the day when I back.they told me if I can bring all three boxes to change, because they are on promotion,OK, I went back today with all three boxes,. At the customer service,the lady told me that I can go to take the exactly what I want from the shelf after she called the manager,and I go to the shelf, I open three boxes and I found they are sealed well, and I want to buy another set of 3 boxes vital again, and I opened another one,I found was not sealed,. By this time,the manager come to me says I can't open one by one to check,because I am going to put something in the box,sounds like i am a ********,but if I go home without open and check,what about if the seal is not sealed,they say that they are not going to exchange for me. But I also won't take the medicine with opened seal.And another manager came to me,I explained to him about the matter,and he says maybe is factory fault,I bought from dischem,I am buying from the factory,so if anything happens,I should come to dischem store.And also he said that the factory fault,and I found some sealed some are not. I decided to leave,not buy the other set of 3boxes of vital, because you was very angry,the lady manager says I open 8 boxes and damaged all the seal,that was not me doing it,I went back to the service counter,with three boxes of vital which is sealed that I checked just now,the lady who's there by the counter tell me to put on the counter,I did,but the same time,the lady the lady manager came to the counter says these 3 boxes are brought by her, and she brought some other boxes says that I damaged all I them, I must buy all of them or I am baned to come to the store again. And when I take the unsealed boxes to the counter,the lady counting with her hands , how can she count the medicine with dirty hands,and put back to the box again,? How can she tell me I am baked to come to the store again,the boxes are not sealed,nobody will buy them,.the man manager says that when I open the lid,same time the seal will be opened because you open the lid, then why put the seal,inside the box? I am asking for just exchang two boxes of Vital which are not sealed, And they give me too much problems,I am not happy,I have my right to exchange,and they don't have right to ban me to go to store. Please,if you can help me with this problem. Thank you! I have bought the same product from other shop,and I found all of them are sealed when I open and check!
