RUDE ON DUTY CLINIC NURSE

Tried to have a pleasent shopping experience at Dischem east Rand mall, but due to a rude clinic staff lady, I was put off, I was at the ethical isle looking for Don back ache tables, which I couldn't find so I saw this lady and seen she works for dischem, I approached this lady and said hi I'm looking for Don back ache tablets, and she rep**** "put your must on properly so I pull it up coving my nose as part of my nose was not covered due to the fact that last week Thursday I had 3 seizures and fell causing injuries to my face as it's all bruised and swollen and the mask irritates the the injury, she then rep**** " pull it more up and that you should wear your mask properly" in a rude voice tone, in this case this is very unprofessional for a clinic staff member to have that kind of response to me were she can clearly see that my face is swollen and buried, which make me think dose she even have medical knowledge as she is on duty as the clinic nurse. And she couldn't even answer my question or assist me in helping me find the medication that I was looking for. Thanks for her rude response I will not be shopping at Dischem East Rand
