Rude nurse

30 April 2019 I was chased out of consultation room at Dis-chem festival mall by a nurse named Thabile/Thabisile she was rude cause she "wanted to go home." I was denied of medical assistance by her , I told her she's unprofessional and she started to fume and shouted. She argued with me telling me since I know too much I must assist myself. I told her I'm going to report me to the manager she said "you can go now, I'll even show you the managers office" and she banged the door to my face. I asked for the manager , he came I explained everything when we went back to the consultation room the nurse already left for home. Manager showed no remorse, he said I should leave my contact details I'll get a call of apology from the nurse on the 1st May 2019.. today it's the 2nd May 2019 I received no call of apology and still didn't get assisted. I'm very disappointed on how ( Dis-chem festival mall) fails to care for their patients. The nurse Thabile/ Thabisile is unprofessional, rude , inconsiderate.. this is the third encounter she gives such attitude.
