Rude employees

I’m very sad to be writing this review because Dis-Chem is such a good company however th people who work for you don’t represent the same values. I went to Dis-Chem Princess Crossing in Roodepoort where I wanted to go and exchange nappies that I bought by mistake, however the lady there by the refund till was very rude from the start, asked her a simple question but she responded as if I was asking a stupid question, this angered me because I asked her so nicely. This is not the first time it happens, the ladies that work at that shop think they are doing you a favor when doing they’re job. The manager however was allow the lady to laugh at me and allowing her to make her remarks.

I’m utterly disappointed at the behaviour in which we are treated as customers at that shop.
