Rude Dischem employees from Jabulani mall

Dischem employees from Jabulani mall are the worst. This is not my first worst interaction with their employees and normally I don’t entertain it but it irritates me. Today I told myself I am never letting it go. They have the worst, rude, ill mannered employees. I dealt with their assistant manager and then it made sense why they don’t regard or respect customers. Their seniors actually have a regurgitating worth behaviour. They are all rude and unfriendly from the seniors down to their cashiers. I hope they know now that I can also be rude and about to give them a piece of my mind when I go there. They need training about customer service at least twice in a month maybe it will sink how they should treat customers. Sies what kind of a senior assistant acts like that? I’m actually embarrassed on her behalf wonder how she got the position considering she can’t handle customers. During our call she was even laughing with her friends on the side and when I called her out for that she addressed me as “Hello” such an ill mannered senior. Bad behaviour from employees they are all rude including cashiers I’m done tolerating them. Sies is it because they are undermining people from townships? This behaviour is questionable from the whole stuff
