rude cashier and no discounts

I am very dissapointed. I have been begging for months from my husband to buy toiletries from dischem. This month he got a card and we went. What a horrible experience. Tha cashier number 7 was rude. The new card did not work and he never used it. I asked him if we are still getting the discounts if the card was not used. So he was rude and I never got my discounts as I am suppose to. I am not happy and I will stick to my monthly routine...
