Rude cashier

In all my life I have always experienced great service with Dis-Chem , I never had a cashier with a bad attitude untill now , she did not once greet me or ask if i have a Dis-Chem card , which I do , no eye contact nothing , where all the other cashiers always greeted me every time I went there as I work at Rosebank myself , I will avoid her at Dis-Chem as I know it makes a bad impression when you have a bad attitude towards a customer.
