Rude Assistant

Good day

I was at the Parow Centre branch on the 11th of March. After I as done with my purchase I noticed one of the items cost more than advertised. I went to customer service and explained. Rozetta was extremely rude shouting "but the discount came off". I then explained to her what the discount price showed on the shelf.

Rozetta is very loud, vulgar, rude and disgusting. She must really tone it down. She is worse than a factory worker. I have never come across such behaviour in my life.
