Rude and unprofessional service from customer services desk

I went to Dischem Sunward Park, Boksburg - on the 6th October 2021, at around 10am..I wanted to redeem my Disney gift after collecting quite a large number of stickers. The lady at customer services was so rude and when I was told by her that I needed to have a number of collector cards to add the stickers (and not all stickers on one card), I tried to gain some clarity from her. She kept on rudely telling me to read the rules on the card. I obliged and then asked her if I can then redeem one gift at least, and she was so rude and unhelpful to me, by aggressively telling me I cannot remove stickers, and I must read the rules again. She didn't even look at me when talking to me. I was so upset, I walked out of the shop. I cannot believe that Dischem hires such unprofessional and rude staff. I want this employee to apologize to me. She needs to be called out on this type of behavior and she needs to be given a written warning for unprofessional conduct. Shameful!
