Rude and unhelpful staff at dischem pharmacy campus square

Extremely disappointed with their lack of service. Called to enquire about a blood test that was urgently needed to be done, I was not informed that an appointment was needed to be made so I went to the dischem today and when I got there only then I was rudely told we needed to make an appointment by a very rude and ill mannered nurse who was on duty who failed to give her name when I asked her, she told me to go to the disprensary and find out her name, she let us wait there and when we tried talking to her to find out what must we do she just ignores us, I will never recommend anyone going to dischem as their staff are rude and unhelpful, my iron test needed to be done urgently as I am highly pregnant about to give birth and they keep me waiting and treating me like dirt when I am a paying customer
