Rude and Hostile Treatment at Okavango Dis-Chem Pharmacy

I visited the Okavango Dis-Chem pharmacy on Saturday. The queue was extremely long and there were only three staff members assisting, while a few others were loitering behind the shelves. When it was my turn, I handed my script to a staff member, and he immediately barked at me to show my ID in a rude manner. I explained that my details were already on the script, but he threw it back at me, told me to leave, and refused to assist further.

When I requested to speak to the pharmacy manager, he claimed to be the manager and threatened to call security, which he did. The individual was not wearing a name tag, so I could not identify him.

His behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and hostile in a ****** way. I have been a loyal customer, spending over R71,000 at this branch in the past year, but after this experience I will no longer shop at Dis-Chem. I hope this matter is investigated seriously and that appropriate action is taken.
