Rude and embarrassment n1 city cosmetic manager

Was at discem n1 city today to shop for parfume the sales assistants were friendly like always ready to assist untill the manager with name Sarah attacks me Infront of them telling me that the staff will never again test products on me not sure why because that is what testers is for and when you look at my loyalty point card you will notice that iam a regular shopper but after all the embarrassment and rudeness I have experience will rather start shopping my make up and parfumes at clicks
