Rude and Bad service

I went to the Dischem pharmacy in Maponya Mall to buy Allergex, the lady helping immediately says we abusing Allergex and then she goes to say she needs to confirm with his manager if this can be sold to me. The manner in which the lady spoke to me was rude. She never even gave her self time to explain to me why she needed to speak to her manager. I’ll never ever use Dischem, thanks God we have Clicks.Manager comes I explain that I don’t understand why am I being told I’m abusing Allergex when it’s my first time but it and at Dischem as I usually goes to Clicks. I should have went straight to Clicks, they never question or ask questions. At the end of the day I’m the client and my needs to be fulfilled. I’m very sad of the level of service received even from the manager himself, his name is Sali. They don’t know how to manage clients and exceed the clients expectations. It’s this kind of service that makes us go to Malls in the suburbs, because black people are likely to be treated with the worst service as always.
