Rude and arrogant services from the Clinic wrt covid tests

I called the Dischem Blue Bird branch ( Athol Oaklands) on Friday 7 May 2021 at 5pm to find out about the Covid antigen test and the lady at the clinic insists that an appointment will need to be made however this is run by Next Path Biosciences. When I contacted the call center on *** I spoke to Helen and she made it very clear to me that appointments are not required and it also says the same on the website. https://nextbio.co.za/nextpath/. The lady at the Dischem clinic was extremely rude not only to myself but to my friends that had visited the days before. This behavior is certainly not acceptable for a nurse considering the circumstances we are all going through.
