Rude and aggressive manager at Dischem Kollenade

We had the wait for one of the Dischem store managers to come and clear something on the till. She came there first without greeting, looking very angry. When we asked her why she is being so rude to customers she starteds shouting at us that she was busy on the phone. When I told her but this is no way to treat customers she tells me go and report me I don't care. So Bernice Uys, I did report you. Just to add when we asked the assistant manager where we can report her, he threw a form on the table and walked off! Dischem Kollenade you will not see me again soon!
