Rude and abnoxious staff

Dischem at The Atrium in Durban has the most inefficient, abnoxious staff. Upon asking the so called manager who did not want to disclose her name about why I did not receive the Pampers nappies at R360 for 2, I was rudely and abruptly asked if I can read as it says nappies and not pants. I therefore politely responded yes I am literate and that no where in the ad does it stipulate excludes pants.

To add to the frustration she continued to hurl insults to which I walked away.

Is this the calibre of staff that one is to expect at a dischem store?
