******* service!!

I was at Maponya mall, they did not have stock for size 6 diapers Huggies I asked the gentleman to check Southgate He called and confirmed that they have stock I asked for 4 bundles which were on promotion of R170 for 2 I drove there, only to be given 3 lousy bundles , this ****ed me off because i got told there would be 4 bundles,I think the lady who helped in SG name is Sarah she got me only 3 and i told them i refuse to take it, but thought it through, and took the 3 Told them I will pay for 4 and they will deliver the 4th one as this is bad service and a waste of my time Its now one week and a day and i still dont have my childs 4 diaper package no-one has called me, nothing What ******* service is this??? I called during the week, they said they will check and she did not bother calling me back I want my product IMMEDIATELY! I WILL NOT BE MADE A FOOL OF TWICE!!!
