I have a huge PROBLEM with Dis-Chem Westgate Mall. My child needed OTC medication, which they processed a claim from my Discovery Medical Aid. Dis-Chem Westgate Mall then reversed the claim then told my wife that the claim is not covered. That was pure ******* because the claim was covered, but they chose to reverse it and tell us *******. Discovery confirmed that the claim was valid and covered. When I call Dis-Chem Westgate I am getting sent from pillar to post. Can you please train your staff on how to use the system correctly? Stop telling clients *******.
