Rotten Attitude by Z. Thubane

I shop a lot Dischem Mall@55 and the service is usually good but there’s this one lady her name is Z. Thubane, her service is rotten to the core. It’s the third time I’m been assisted by her and her attitude towards customers doesn’t seem to change. I didn’t think of reporting it the first time but now I’m annoyed by her attitude. She doesn’t greet, she hands you the receipt without looking you and talks to her colleagues while assisting you, she doesn’t smile, she’s not friendly at all. That’s ridiculous bcos if it wasn’t for us supporting the store she works at, She wouldn't be employed and it’s very sad to see that people like her don’t take their job serious when we have such a high rate of unemployment.
