****** of points on my dischem card

I have been to dischem Rosebank on the 28th November 2018.the lady at the till used up my points while over charging me for their cosmetics. They're was a promotion on the cosmetics. She could not reverse anything. She called the manager. The manager was a colored lady. She said that she would call the call cent and reverse my points as the promotion was not showing on the system. It's now 21 April 2019 and she hasn't reversed anything. I've been going to the dischems to sort it out. Went to campus Square. They called Rosebank branch. But they say they are still waiting for the call cent people to get back to them. This is utter ******* that they have been so inefficient.
