Risking my life due to poor delivery from Dischem

Dischem have bungled every order. Discovery force me to use them but it is a disaster.

I have phone repeatedly and I am always assured the problems are sorted. Finally yesterday they did deliver some medication. Problem is that the OTP went to my ex wife who I divorced 15 years ago. I have asked many times to have the phone number changed. Each time I am assured that the number is changed. Only to find she gets the otp and on the label is still her phone number.

In addition the asthma medication is supposed to go through on chronic. I was charged for it……I paid it as I was now sick through lack of medication.

I am still waiting for the refund of the order that was never delivered at all.
