Ridiculous Dischem Online purchase madness

I tried to purchase online on the 9th paying with Momentum money but the payment was pending. Momentum made the payment which you were able to see today when I called and was given a voucher. The voucher is not working it keeps generating more vouchers but the purchase is not going through. It says the payment method is invalid but the voucher is accepted when app****. I am very upset and find this very ridiculous and frustrating. I called numerous times amd its back and forth. Someone was supposed to call me back but they havent. Give me a store voucher or refund the money. This is unacceptable.
