Return Energizer battery charger for voucher

Purchased an Energizer battery charger in Mar @ Pavilion. slip and packaging disposed. Pav have agreed to return and issue a voucher for the amount after verifying the purchase on the system. Tamrin at Westwood refuses to accept it and issue voucher. She says i must go to Pavilion. This is ridiculous.
