Request to Update Email Address and Restore Account Access

I am unable to log into my Dis-Chem account or access my loyalty points because my South African ID number is linked to an unrecognized email address (y**********@p***********). Because the system relies on sending a verification code to that incorrect email, I am completely locked out and cannot update my profile through self-service. I need Dis-Chem's customer support team to urgently contact me, verify my identity, and update my profile with my correct email address so I can regain access to my account.
