Request for reprints on medical invoices

I have been calling and emailing Dischem head office for the past 3 months, requesting for reprints of my invoices on my medical expenses for my son. To say it’s been the worst service will be an understatement, I am even considering driving to their offices to get my request attended.

This is totally unacceptable!
