Repeat Scripts not important to Dis-Chem

I took out my latest repeat script at Dis-Chem for the reason that they do deliveries. It has now happened that after registering 2 months ago, that I have not had one delivery of my repeat script. It gets registered and yet, no delivery takes place, and I have to rush ate the last minutes to get my script filled at a Dis-Chem pharmacy. If I had known that your system does not work - I would have taken the script to Clicks which is closer to where I live and just collect it there. This is such a waste of time and energy. Please don't advertise services that you cannot commit to. Having prescription medication to take daily is obviously not a priority to you but it is to my health and well being.
