Refusing service

This morning2 May 2020 at 9:00am we were in a line outside Dischem at Valleyview Krugersdorp. I gentleman was in the line to purchase masks and medicine for his child. The Dischem attendant informed hIm he would not be allowed inside without one. The other people told her to give him one and he would pay for it with his purchases, she refused and demanded money, he only had a credit card. He was not assisted and he had to walk away as she refused to give him access. We asked for the manager and were told he is busy. Excuse me, public refused assistant in a time like this is despicable, but government has given power and authority over to everyone but the consumer. Human rights violation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
