Refused to sell items @ displayed price

We wanted to buy 4 X boxes of Nestle Kit Kat 480gr Rubies (priced @ R95.00). At till scanned price changed to R109.00 @. When complained, supervisor informed us we can only have 1 box @ R95.00 due to incorrect pricing. We objected & refused to pay higher price than clearly displayed. I checked the price label & product & bar code definitely and clearly referred to the item as above mentioned.<br> Section 23(6)(a) clearly stipulates that a supplier must not require a consumer to pay a price for any goods higher than the displayed price for those goods.<br> The displayed price was adequately/very clearly printed as written indication of the actual price offered to consumers and was in no manner an inadvertent and obvious error, neither was the displayed price altered, defaced, covered or obscured in any way.<br> The manner in which the product was displayed (very last product in line where consumers queue for tellers and the price label at eye-level) and then charged at a higher price by Dis-Chem teller (without informing client of higher price) constitutes 'Bait Marketing' (Sec 30/CPA).
