Refusal Entry & Processes

I normally shop at the following branches.

Clear water, Verdi shopping centre, Campus square, Mall@55. I use a screen because a mask triggers my Asthma.

I was refused entry at Maponya mall wearing a screen. The security told me this is across branches.

Can I please receive clarification.

No.2 I wanted to buy vitamin C tablets worth R10 000 and been taken from pillar to post. Can I please you get your processes right instead of referring a customer to head office.
