Refund not paid to customer account

I bought two CK fragrances on a 75% discount special on Wednesday 15 December 2021. The only communication received was that my order is being processed at the Olympus-Pretoria. On the 21 December 2021 I sent their customer careline and online support only for them to reply me that they have fully refunded case ***.. I haven’t received any refund.. no proof of payment yet I’m told they fully refunded me.. i need to buy the same special at Superbalist and Truworths now but I can’t because Dis-Chem my money is still not reflecting in my account after 7days I’m still waiting
