Refund from dischem

I ordered my chronic meds online like I usually do, but this time they charged me double and won't give me my refund. Telling me I didn't pay where I have sent them proof of double payment and also where I have paid previously for the previous months so I didn't owe them any money. Clearly not gonna pay me back what THEY OWE ME
